Aylsham Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre

Since April there has been a new monthly event held at Aylsham Town Hall – Aylsham Mind, Body & Spirit Fayre consisting of Alternative therapists – Gong Soundbath, Massage, Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Psychic Mediums, Tarot, Oracle, Numerology & Encaustic Art Readings, along with stalls such as Natural Bodycare, stunning crystals and jewellery, Saltlamps, Handmade Arts/Crafts, CBD/Hemp products, Honey/Beeswax goods Plants and Free From cakes.

The fayre raises money for Norfolk & Waveney MIND through proceeds of hot/cold drink sales (50p/£1) and raffle which many small local businesses have thankfully and kindly donated.

The fayre was brought together due to the organiser having suffered with mental health and loosing several close friends over lockdown due to mental health, she wanted to bring people together in a friendly environment, generally talking, opportunity of selfcare treatments whilst raising funds. The event has an amazing vibe.
