Dare to Descend

On June 28, 2024, supporters of the Armed Forces will brave the heights of The Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library in Norwich City Centre, descending 42 feet down the façade of The Forum, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

The Dare to Descend event will take place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The entry fee is £30 per participant, with each person encouraged to raise at least £100.

Organised by Walking With The Wounded, a charity dedicated to supporting Armed Forces veterans and their families, this event aims to raise crucial funds for their cause. Founded in Norfolk in 2010, Walking With The Wounded has since expanded its support nationwide.
